Service Description

Join Tyler for his signature Transcendent Breath & Cold Journey. This Journey will include a 60 min breath work session followed up by a cold plunge to release anything that arose to the surface during your breath journey. The cold plunge is optional but highly recommended. This entire spa session will be 3 hours and will include plenty of time to decompress, debrief and relax. This session will include a light vegetarian meal as well as snacks and tea.
