Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy
Refunds & Returns
At the real yOGi we strive to provide the best customer service experience. We will work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, will we happily return your items based on the below criteria:

Regular Priced Merchandise

Clothing items purchased within the last 14 days can be returned for a full refund. Items MUST be unwashed, unworn, with garment tags attached and in their original packaging.

yOGi yoga mats and accessories, including hats, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

For online order returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with sending an item back. Please include your order number on all returns. Contact shalyn@therealyogi.ca to initiate a return.

For curbside pick-up orders please return the item to the curbside pick-up location and ensure your order number is included on your return. Contact sshalyn@therealyogi.ca to initiate a return.
Final Sale Merchandise
All Final Sale items are yours to keep and cannot be returned.

Warranty Claim
The real yOGi prides itself on selling high quality products and working with highly reputable manufacturers; however sometimes things happen along the way and there is an unforeseen Manufacturing Defect.
Therefore, all yOGi products are covered by a Manufacturing Defect Warranty for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear, improper care and/or products that were used outside their intended purpose.
Important:
Our buttery soft, nearly naked fabric is manufactured from the highest quality nylon-spandex blend and is intended for low impact, low friction settings like yoga. It’s soft buttery feeling allows you to feel the ultimate comfort during your practice. However, if exposed to repeated friction this fabric may pill. This is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered under our six-month warranty. Please follow our fabric care recommendations to keep your items looking their best.
Standard Shipping
Within Canada:
With the purchase of $175+CAD, excluding taxes, yOGi would like to offer you FREE Standard Shipping within Canada.
Clothing and accessory purchases, excluding a yoga mat, under $175 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $20.00 CAD.

Yoga Mat shipping rate is $15 CAD.

Clothing and accessory purchases including a yoga mat that do not qualify for free shipping will have a shipping rate of $25 CAD applied for the yoga mat and a $20 CAD shipping fee applied for the clothing.
Please note: Yoga mats are shipped separately.
Within the United States:
Clothing and accessory purchases, excluding yoga mats, are subject to a shipping rate of $20 CAD.
Yoga Mat shipping is subject to a $25 CAD shipping fee.

Clothing and accessory purchases including a yoga mat will have a $25 CAD shipping fee applied for the yoga mat and a $20 shipping fee applied for the clothing and accessories.

yOGi is not responsible for any lost, stolen or returned packages. Customers are responsible for shipping rates on any returned and resent packages.
