In our intuitive talk therapy session, we will discuss whatever it is you would like to talk about. This could include past, present and/or future scenarios. I offer a safe, confidential, judgement free space where you can share your thoughts freely. I will hold space for you and listen to your story. This session is intended to be supportive and provide guidance and clarity so that you are better equipped to move forward. The power of talk therapy and sharing your story is incredible.
