The Mindful Shirt is a buttery soft long sleeve shirt made up of 80% nylon and 20% spandex. This long sleeve top has a high-low detail as well as a unique rouching detail in the front. This is the perfect shirt to wear before and after a yoga class or a workout. It is also a great walking shirt and looks great with a pair of jeans or shorts.
