What is shadow work?

It is working with the unconscious parts of your mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you keep hidden and repressed, or even avoid all together. It’s usually responsible for your impulsive behaviours and a part of your so called ‘dark side’. This can include traumas or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable.

Doing this work is necessary for healing, growth and living life at full and true potential.
