Join us for an evening of community and connection. Immerse yourself in the beautiful art while connecting with yourself on your mat. This will be a Hatha based class where we will move through seated and standing postures. Each posture can be modified to suit the individual and I encourge everyone to attend regardless of your yoga experience. This is an experience for every body. Move your body, quiet your mind, connect with yourself and the beatiful people around you.Â
