SoulFULL DAY RETREAT

Sometimes we could all just use a day. A day to recenter, refocus and just be. A day to surrender and let go. Join Shalyn for a soulFULL day that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. We will begin our day with a meet and greet and then head outside for some fresh air, forest bathing and grounding meditation. We will make our way back to the studio and grab some warm tea and a light snack then we will participate in a sharing circle. The power of Talk Therapy and sharing is incredible. Everyone has a story and sharing that story is an incredible step in your self-healing journey. Please only share if you are comforable, no pressure. Next we will shake it out with some movement and breath exercises before settling down and eating lunch. Lunch will be provided. You will get 30min of free time after lunch to enjoy the gardens, front porch, conversation, etc. After lunch we will participate in an exercies dedicated to letting go of the suffering we cause ourselves. We will use the healing space of the gardens to support us. Then we will turn out attention to self-love, what that actually means and how to acheive it. Next, we will move into a Restorative Yoga session where each person will enjoy some energy healing love too. We will end on our mats with a guided meditation and OM bath. Lastly, you will have time to journal, grab some more tea and another snack before the day comes to an end. You will leave with leave a lighter more peacful version of yourself with a soulFULL of love and gratitude.
