Come refresh in this beautiful afternoon class in our cozy studio, prepare to nourish the body & soul. Gentle & soothing restorative poses leading into a deeply relaxing nidra. A beautiful way to show yourself & your partner love & compassion. Bring a pillow, fuzzy blanket, socks and anything to ensure your cozy comfort as you settle in. (Mats, bolsters, eye pillows, tea & hugs are available in-studio!)
